I co-founded Kroo, an award-winning UK digital bank, one of only five launched here in the last 100 years. Over eight years, I helped scale the business from just two people to a thriving team of over 280. It gave me deep, firsthand experience across the startup lifecycle: brand, marketing, product, customer experience, and growth, wearing every hat along the way.
Beyond startups, I’ve spent over 30 years shaping some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Coca-Cola, Heineken, Nestlé, Mars, GM, and L’Oréal, while working at top-tier agencies like JWT, BBDO, Publicis, and McCann.
I get the startup journey. I’ve been there—balancing creative ambition with commercial demands, navigating investor expectations, and keeping the brand on track through rapid growth. My role now is to help leadership teams bridge the gap between vision and execution, offering hands-on creative direction, strategic guidance, and a sharp focus on what makes brands thrive.
